BT TradeSpace teams up with PayPal

BT has partnered with PayPal UK to take its TradeSpace SME-focused portal to the next level by adding transactional capabilities.

BT and PayPal have joined forces to enable small businesses featured on the former's TradeSpace site to buy and sell goods.

The communications giant launched TradeSpace in April this year in a bid to capitalise on the growing favour of social networking and to provide an online community to unite small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), customers and suppliers.

Maggie has been a journalist since 1999, starting her career as an editorial assistant on then-weekly magazine Computing, before working her way up to senior reporter level. In 2006, just weeks before ITPro was launched, Maggie joined Dennis Publishing as a reporter.
