BT and Xansa team up for £128 million BPO deal

The two companies renew their BPO marriage vows in a £128 million deal that will see them partnered until at least 2014.

Communications giant BT has decided to extend its relationship with Xansa for a further six years in a deal worth 128 million that blends both onshore and offshore outsourcing resources in the UK and India.

The business process outsourcing (BPO) contract will see Xansa continue to manage a number of BT's key internal financial systems, including those responsible for transaction processing, ledger and payroll services, in addition to helping to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The renewed contract builds on a 20-year history between the two companies.
