7 . The final screen shows the disk space that'll be needed to back up the drives you've selected. Click 'Start backup'. From here on the backup procedure is automatic and Windows will prepare the destination drive and then copy all the files across to it. You can stop the backup at any time by clicking the aptly named 'Stop backup' button. Depending on the size of your Vista installation, the backup could take from a few minutes to an hour or so. Our 15GB installation took under 10 minutes. At the end of the backup, the Wizard closes and the Restore Centre screen shows the date of the latest Complete PC Backup run and the drive it was saved on.
