Automatic call handling
An irritating fact of life, an IP based PBX is a good solution for call centres and other companies looking to automate their telephone call handling. SwyxWare, for example, lets you define call handling rules using a visual programming interface to guide callers and route their calls according to responses to verbally supplied menus - "press 1 for sales, press 2 for support" and so on.
