Configure your PC for a mobile connection.

Before you leave the PC you're planning to connect to, right-click on the GoToMyPC icon in the system notification area and choose Preferences. On the Host tab tick 'Automatically adjust host screen area for best full-screen viewing'. You can turn on 'Show host computer cursor' here or from Tools > PocketView Preferences when you're running PocketView. On the Performance tab, choose 256 Colors (better speed) if you're only likely to use your PC via a Pocket PC and not through a Web browser; you can also move the Performance slider towards Better Speed instead of Better Appearance; leave it in the middle and you don't get display effects or wallpaper, move it towards Better Speed and you turn off font smoothing and then seeing windows while you drag them - which you won't miss on such a small screen. The default settings on the Security tab won't stop from colleagues using your PC; turn on 'Blank out screen while connected' and 'Lock host keyboard and mouse' to stop you getting interrupted or 'Lock host computer upon disconnection' to stop anyone using your PC even when you're not.
