.
Managing what you show
If you have an extended desktop, Netviewer will only show the screen that the Netviewer window itself is on, so you can have other applications, browser windows for research and private emails open yourself without looking unprofessional. Here we’re checking the file the user is trying to open and finding that it’s actually corrupt so whatever application or file converter they use, it wouldn’t work – but you don’t have to show them the error messages. On a single screen you could hide the application windows but not as neatly, because they’d see a black window on top of the visible applications whenever you were using a hidden app.
