You can jump straight in to a Netviewer session, but if you start with the Profile manager you can pick which options you want to see when you make a connection; remove any tools you don’t want on-screen to confuse end users. You can have multiple profiles for different purposes. Click the Configure link next to System diagnostics to see what information you can retrieve from a remote system: click the Preview on button to see the system information from your own PC. If you’re doing first line support and you only need basic details you can reduce what you see; and if you need to troubleshoot a specific or custom application, you can choose specific files and registry keys to get details on. If there are a lot of application-specific details you need, you can import these as an XML file.
