Love him or hate him, it’s hard to believe he’s gone. Well, not really. But it’s impossible to ignore his influence on the world of computing and business – much as you may want to. <br>

Since stepping away from Microsoft, Gates has spent much of his time working at his own charitable foundation. <br>
<br>
While it’d be great if we had a shot of him escorted out of Microsoft’s Redmond HQ with a box of his belongings in hand, we’ll have to settle for this new shot of the famous Albuquerque Group – the firm’s original 11 employees – which was taken the month he left. <br>
<br>
In case you’re not sure, Gates is the guy on the bottom left. <br>
