HTC Tattoo heading to Vodafone next month
By Maggie Holland,
Vodafone has officially confirmed that it will be supporting HTC’s Android-based Tattoo handset, when it makes its European debut next month.
Exactly when users will be able to pre-order or buy the handset remains somewhat of a mystery, but they can register for updates to ensure their finger remains on the pulse, according to Vodafone’s website.
With a 2.8in screen and 3.2 megapixel camera, the HTC Tattoo, was announced earlier this month with the accompanying fanfare focusing heavily on its personalisation features.
"Everyone wants their own phone to feel like it was specifically made for them. The Tattoo, with HTC Sense represents an easy way to shape your own distinct mobile experience and really make it your own," Peter Chou, HTC’s chief executive, said in a statement on the day of the launch.
He added: "The HTC Tattoo ensures that you can create the most engaging and appropriate mobile experience through simple yet powerful personalisation.”
