Seamless file transfer
To the user, working on the virtual desktop is like working on any other PC and saving files into the cloud, onto the local PC or onto the standard fileshare is exactly the same as normal.
You will notice that opening files from the local PC is much slower than opening them from the cloud or from the drives on the hosted desktop, especially if you’re on a DSL line where the upload speed is significantly slower than the download speed.
In the same way, if you have access to a printer on your local PC, you can print to it from any application on the hosted desktop.
