How to edit Microsoft Office files on an iPhone
Forgetting for a moment that iPhones do not come with any Microsoft Office equivalent, not being able to transfer data freely between a computer and an iPhone makes syncing your office work very difficult.
Premium app Documents To Go from Dataviz, available for £5.99, does a good job of bridging the gap between an iPhone and a PC or Mac. It lets users synchronise Microsoft office files easily for editing on-the-go within the app. Its focus is on Word and Excel files, but various other image, text and presentation files can also be transferred.
A number of alternatives to Documents To Go exist, including Quickoffice and FileMagnet.
