HTC Desire and Legend head to Vodafone in April

HTC Desire

Vodafone today confirmed it will be offering the HTC Desire and HTC Legend on its network from April.

Although the company is yet to announce the exact date or price plans for the devices, it is encouraging users to sign up for information via its website.

Until today, only T-Mobile had unveiled its price plans for the Desire, but after a few days of complaints over the 50 charge, an option to pay 30 a month for a two-year contract and a free handset emerged on the Carphone Warehouse website this morning.

Both handsets were launched at this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Vodafone is also set to get the Google Nexus One handset when it comes to UK shores in April as it begins to build up a large profile of Android handsets.
