Whilst the iPad has been leaping to success on the Mac side, the PC lovers have been waiting in anticipation for HP to release its Windows 7 slate. Google gets wind beneath its wings
Google is planning to invest $38.8 million (£25.6 million) into two large wind farms in North Dakota in an attempt to make up for being one of the largest electricity consumers in the world. The Guardian
Electric cars to make star wars noises
Stealthy electric cars with no loud engine noise may be forced to try out something more futuristic.
The EU plans to enforce the silence to be broken with each car having its own signature noise in a bid to warn pedestrians, cyclists and other drivers of the vehicle’s whereabouts. The Times
