Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 review

This product won't be for everyone, but it's an effective and very powerful package for the more technical user nonetheless.

It Hangs the computer

KIS 2011 hangs rather freezes the computer.it causes frequent blue screens.I can not do ANYTHING. I would not suggest anyone to use KIS 2011. TOTAL waste of money.

Very unstable and no custom install

Have to agree with raj6045 it is the release to avoid. The 2010 range was the sweet spot for me. This version is trying to do too much and failing miserably at the fundementals. There are bugs in the firewall which means rules get lost each time you reboot. Antivirus threats are not disinfected properly and it also hogs more resources and causes more problems the longer it is installed. The reviews of these suites never take into account long term stability. I would like to suggest a new road test where reviews are updated after 30 and 60 days with this information.

The main culprit in all this is the new 'System Watcher' feature interfering in absolutely everything.

I have to say this is Kaspersky's Windows Me.

They offer an amazing protection software and also cleaning agent. I read many <a href="http://ctoinsights.trendmicro.com/">internet security blog</a> and they all say the same reviews Kaspersky is amazing.
