Want Flash? There’s an app for that
By Jennifer Scott,
A new app has been launched to enable iPhone users to have Adobe Flash on their handsets.
The app is only in its infancy, as it has been released as an alpha, but is a rewriting of the Frash software from the same people that created Jailbreakme for iPhone 4.
However, if a user deems it worth the download, they will have to jailbreak their device first and forgo any warranty protection.
The creation of this app may leave Apple’s chief executive (CEO), Steve Jobs, seething.
There has been [a href="http://www.itpro.co.uk/620437/timeline-adobe-versus-apple" target="_blank"]an ongoing war of words between himself and Adobe.
The latter wants to be included on Apple's flagship devices, such as the iPhone and the iPad, but Jobs has insisted it won’t happen, after he claimed it was number one reason Mac machines crashed and the software was filled with bugs.
