Online future for magazines/books?

Looks like another PC magazine is potentially set to close doors to printed text and become online-only.

I don’t bathe (shower!) so your problems aren’t mine. I must say, if uploading was easier I would really take not much persuading to get the Sony eBook. I often find I’ve picked up the wrong magazine or not changed the one in my bag for a new one - having them ALL on an eReader would be ideal for me.Especially if searchable for keywords.
