Having just completed my companies on line training for data security eg

What data should be shared with customers:

Engineers’ Home Phone Number - No (gosh, really?)

Product Prices - also No (that’ll make sales an interesting challenge!)

I turned on the radio & heard Your and Yours (Tues 3-March-09) talking about data security http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/progs/listenagain.shtml You & Yours, listen. If you are involved in any form of data processing it made interesting listening. Those with responsibilities for security should know this stuff but all of us should be aware of the implications of our industry.
