You have to wonder just what Microsoft are up to. Their latest Big Idea is a range of [sic] softwear, commonly known as t-shirts.

The kewl dude here explaining the design concept, keeps harping back to the good old days of the 1980s when Microsoft was

Thanks for the heads up Mark (the converter not the t-shirts!). One of the bains of our life is converting formats particularly Quark files. Usually these arrive on Mac formatted discs so we use a product called Transmac to read the CD. And don’t even get me started on why we prefer to use PCs rather than Macs for graphic design.

Jason, I don’t know what you mean by a “Mac formatted disk”. By default, the Mac burns CDs and DVDs in Windows-friendly formats and has done for years.

Is the type of disk unreadable:
-RW instead of +RW, for example?
