I’ve been keeping up with the debate on the sale of pre-owned games; some games developers/sellers are concerned that they aren’t making money from these sales. It got me thinking, is there a place for pre-owned software?What got me thinking is that I would love a copy of Adobe CS4 for my business but it’s way out of my league at the moment. I would be very happy with CS3. So, not having been in a work environment for a while, what happens when companies upgrade their software or buy new?
