OK, if this were a tv series I guess you think the writers had ‘jumped the shark’ at this point.

PirateBay judge was biased

He asked questions of the lay judges that he seemed to think didn’t apply to him. If I was a Swedish taxpayer I may be annoyed at the potential waste of money if a retrial is allowed.
