Some appointments not syncronising with WM6 & Outlook

A colleague found a Microsoft KB Article on the subject, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827615.
We had checked just about everything that I thought could effect the issue but I didn’t think about the Antivirus. The above article
explains that it is a simple tick box in the AV software. I just had to open the McAfee Groupshield, and enable ‘Background Scanning’.
This was a week ago and all appointments have been appearing were they should be.
