FAQs
Q.What can I find on the IT PRO site?
A. IT PRO brings you an exciting and engaging mix of enterprise IT industry and technology news, features, product reviews, group tests, how-to guides and tutorials, whitepapers, reader, industry and editorial expert bloggers, polls, interactive forums, competitions and special offers.
We also post regular webcasts based on topical issues affecting IT decision makers, as well as regular video interviews, event and product coverage, along with a weekly audio podcast.
Q.I want to subscribe to your podcast in iTunes?
A. Search for “The IT PRO Podcast” in the iTunes Music Store to subscribe. The IT PRO Podcast is free. Alternatively, click on this link which will open up your copy of iTunes and load the IT PRO Podcast page in the iTunes Music Store.
Q.Why should I register for IT PRO?
A. Registering with the IT PRO web site will allow you to comment on articles. In addition you will be able to choose whether you want to receive our regular newsletter, currently sent out on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The newsletter gives you an overview of all the latest news, reviews, features, tutorials, blogs, podcasts and videos on the site, with handy links so you can go straight to the content you most want to read, listen to or watch. You will also be able to access our whitepaper library, comment on blog posts and participate in our forums.
Q.My email address has changed, what do I do?
A. No problem - simply log into the IT PRO web site with your old email address, and go to Edit Profile (the link is in the top right hand corner of any IT PRO page). On the Edit Profile page, you will be able to change your email address, along with your password and newsletter preferences.
I use a BlackBerry, so I can’t read your HTML newsletter?
A. You can at any time change your newsletter preferences to receive either a HTML version or a plain text version. The plain text version has everything in it the HTML version has, except the images and the HTML code, so it is BlackBerry-friendly.
