Acer launched a whole collection of Tempo branded smartphones at Mobile World Congress in February and now the devices are trickling into UK retailers as SIM-free only options.

SPB mobile shell rather than Acer's own shell. It was put to good use on the Acer DX900 and makes it leaps and bounds easier to use. More neat additions that were also seen on previous Acer devices include iPhone-esque threaded messaging and a SiRF Star III chipset that appeared on the Acer DX900.
