Print manufacturer Lexmark (NYSE:LXK) has appointed Danny Molhoek as its new general manager for the UK and Ireland following the departure of Gary Bourland, who has left for a role at Lexmark’s HQ in Lexington, Kentucky.

Molhoek (pictured) was previously director and general manager for Lexmark in Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Israel. Since joining Lexmark in 1998 he has held several senior positions, including general manager of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg countries.

“Lexmark is at an important pivotal point in the UK and we are seeing exciting growth opportunities across the region,” comments Molhoek. “With the recent software company acquisitions we are even better positioned to help our customers and partners to grow their businesses.

“I’m grateful to be given the opportunity to lead the talented UK team at this important time and look forward to growing Lexmark’s business in the UK.”
