IT solutions and managed service provider Logicalis has announced the launch of a new collaboration suite for the digital workplace.

Built on Cisco and Microsoft technology, the Logicalis Collaboration solution has been designed to help organisations manage, measure, and scale their collaboration experience, the firm said in an announcement.

“Business success relies on effective employee collaboration,” said Logicalis UK & Ireland chief technology officer, Mark Benson. “The traditional way of working has changed, and it won’t return to what it used to be.

“The shift has increased employee expectations for digital solutions that enable collaborative and engaging environments. Employee empowerment supported and measured by the right collaboration tools is the key to creating a productive and successful digital workplace”.

As an international solutions provider of digital services, Logicalis says its focus is to design, support, and execute customers’ digital transformation by combining their vision with its tech expertise and industry insights.

With over 10,000 customers around the world and more than 6,500 employees on the books, the MSP has built a globally connected network of specialist hubs, sector-leading experts, and strategic partnerships with the likes of Cisco, Microsoft, HPE, IBM, NetApp, Oracle, ServiceNow, and VMware.

The firm’s new collaboration suite will be delivered as a managed service, reporting on elements of collaboration such as user adoption, communication, teamwork, endpoints, as well as security and mobility.

The offering is the first of three solutions that will be offered through the provider’s Digital Workplace Centre of Excellence, with subsequent releases to focus on the employee experience and employee innovation.

“The managed collaboration experience allows Logicalis customers to proactively manage and improve their collaboration score against industry best practice,” Benson continued.

“We report on user adoption, teamwork, communication, endpoint, security and mobility so organisational leaders can work with data-driven insight to improve their digital workplace maturity.”
