Prince's Trust chooses Alcumus to streamline processes

Close up of two hands locked in a firm handshake.

The Prince's Trust has implemented Alcumus' Info Exchange software to help streamline its health, safety and compliance management processes.

The three-year agreement will include Alcumus building a bespoke web-based information management system to help staff manage processes to reduce the burden on them. This will free up employees to focus more on the charity's commitment to helping young people build their own future with investment and advice to grow their ideas into successful businesses.

“We saw an opportunity to enhance our health and safety processes as we handle large amounts of disparate data," Andrew Griffiths, senior head of health and safety at The Prince’s Trust, said.

"We have worked in close partnership with Alcumus to build a system that is fully tailored to our requirements, and from April 2017 will use it for everything – from adverse event reporting to looking after safeguarding data. Based on Alcumus’ previous successes, we are confident that the system will provide managers with precise, tailored and up-to-date information at the touch of a button," Griffiths added.

He explained the system will allow the Trust to be more transparent in its reporting, helping staff to learn and give them the tools they need to do their job more efficiently, while ensuring they comply with regulations.

"We are extremely proud of the partnership with The Prince’s Trust, and thrilled that we can contribute to the charity’s commendable purpose of giving young people the chance to succeed in life," Martin Smith, CEO of Alcumus, said.

"As with all of our clients, we have taken a consultative approach to ensure that they get the best out of the platform, and are confident that it will help the organisation to move forward in its aims.”
