Notting Hill Housing Association has signed a £10 million five-year deal with Novosco to deliver critical IT support and app management services.

The managed cloud provider will manage Notting Hill's service support and delivery, application management, ICT commodity services and assist with strategic planning, helping the housing association future-proof its systems and offer a wider range of digital services to residents living in its 32,000 properties across London.

“With so many residents relying on us every day it is absolutely vital that our IT systems are efficient, stable and secure," said Andrew Muir, group director of corporate services at Notting Hill Housing Association.

"For that reason, we look forward to working with Novosco, who have a proven track record in providing a high quality service to the housing sector and beyond.”

Novosco has history working with housing associations, making it a natural choice for Notting Hill. Its portfolio includes helping Swan Housing in the south of England, Manchester-based Northwards Housing and Radius Housing in Northern Ireland to transform their IT services and infrastructure.

“Notting Hill is one of the largest housing associations in London, and Novosco looks forward to providing it with an innovative service across a wide range of areas including service desk, security, and disaster recovery," added Novosco managing director, Patrick McAliskey.

"Our team has unrivalled experience and expertise working in the sector, which has been a key factor in us securing the contract.”

Novosco has 150 employees working across its offices in Belfast, Manchester, Dublin and Cork. The company has made a real drive to obtain more business in the UK, last year acquiring NetDef to build its customer base outside of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
