NetSuite has announced a host of updates to its partner programmes, which the cloud computing firm says will create a "win-win" for both partners and mutual customers.

Announcing the refresh, NetSuite revealed the latest additions include new initiatives to embrace expanded partner profiles and build out micro-vertical practices, which will help businesses maximise success and meet the growing demand for cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

The NetSuite Partner Programme is an ecosystem of global and regional systems integrators, finance and business advisory firms and consulting providers that provide a combination of services to NetSuite customers. These include integration and implementation services and project management, regulatory compliance, tax and audit advice, as well as system guidance for ERP, HCM, CRM and omnichannel commerce.

Now, partners can leverage a number of key new updates, including within the Associate Solution Provider Programme, an initiative designed to help digital marketing firms deliver NetSuite solutions focused on customer experience and professional services management.

New combined resources have been developed to guide partners in developing practices for NetSuite's solutions, the firm said, including Bronto, OpenAir and SuiteCommence. Partners also receive the benefits to NetSuite’s broader ecosystem, including access to training, while providing a pathway to becoming and ERP Solution Provide partner.

There are also updates to the Build Your Own Microvertical Programme for businesses tackling microverticals, as well as the ever-growing BPO Partner Programme with its unified cloud-based solution of ERP, CRM and e-commerce for small businesses and fast-growing startups.

Additionally, its partner-engagement offering SuiteLife has also been bolstered to continue helping its network of over 600 NetSuite partners to develop expertise around specific business functions, product areas and industries.

"This year has shown the importance of partnerships as businesses across all industries look for new ways to work together to adapt to change and build resilience," commented Craig West, vice president of channel sales and alliances at Oracle NetSuite.

"New initiatives such as the NetSuite Associate Solution Provider Program, as well as our increased investment in existing programs, will help our partners navigate the complexities of today's economy and take advantage of the NetSuite cloud."
