Sharp launches integrated Complete I.T. workplace solution

The move follows the acquisition of Complete I.T. last year

Sharp UK has announced the release of its combined workplace technology-IT service with Complete I.T. (CIT), concluding a year-long integration of the solution.

The electronics firm says the combined offering will now deliver a more sophisticated suite of integrated workplace products with enhanced IT support services and CIT expertise.

As a result of the move, customers will have access to Managed Print Services, visual solutions, IT support, Dynabook business laptops, telephony, and furniture solutions.

The announcement follows Sharp’s acquisition of IT support services firm Complete I.T. back in August 2019, which it said formed part of its ongoing mission to “help customers create their own workplace of the future” and support channel partners’ growth.

“For us, the acquisition of CIT was a natural fit,” commented Stuart Sykes, Managing Director at Sharp UK. “The company shares our customer-centric DNA and it’s been great this past year to learn from each other.

“CIT has truly enhanced our IT expertise, and now with the global pandemic, we have every faith that our enriched solution can help a lot of organisations adapt.”

Complete I.T. boasts more than 25 years’ experience delivering a wide range of IT support services and cloud solutions, with a workforce of more than 170 people spread over a network of five offices in the UK.

The IT firm was awarded ‘Managed Service Provider of the Year’ by CompTIA back in 2019 and this year ranked second in the UK Channel Futures MSP ‘Worldwide 501’ listing.

“After so much success in the IT sphere, we were keen to expand our services whilst retaining the friendly, local IT support in which we pride ourselves – and Sharp gave us the perfect outlet,” said Complete I.T. Managing Director Colin Blumenthal.

“Our customers can now address all of their technology and service needs in one place, we’re very excited for what’s to come.”
