Wireless networking specialists Buffalo Technology has announced the launch of two new wireless-N devices for faster speeds for both home and office users.

First up is the Buffalo AirStation™ N-Technology HighPower ADSL2 + Modem, designed for users needing to share their Internet connection, allowing as it does for multiple users to view files, listen to music or watch videos simultaneously. The modem router delivers a web connection of up to 150Mbps, while included HighPower technology reduces dead spots and extends the wireless range, in and around the house.

The AirStation Dual-Band Wireless-N High Power Gigabit Router and Access Point is an all-in-one solution for connecting PCs and laptops to the web via a cable modem or 3G modem. Managing two 300Mbps networks at the same time users can share their workload and on top of its streaming capabilities, the router includes a USB port to attach a hard drive, allowing users to have NAS services on their networks.

Paul Hudson, sales director for Northern Europe at Buffalo Technology comments: “The need for high performance wireless internet is growing stronger thanks to the explosion of video streaming, file sharing, gaming, and downloading of large files. Buffalo recognises this demand and the AirStation range offers efficient, high performance, affordable wireless solutions for the home and office.”
