Software solutions firm Extreme Networks has announced the addition of new “high-touch” Premier Services, designed to help IT organisations improve productivity through improved support consultation.

Available for resale through Extreme Networks channel partners, the new premium service tier is available in two packages – Premier and PremierPLUS – which the company says will deliver comprehensive and proactive engagement with customers worldwide, as well support and guidance throughout the process of implanting Extreme technology.

Premier and PremierPLUS joins Extreme’s portfolio of services, offering a plethora of professional resources to customers - such as migration and infrastructure services, project management and performance optimisation. There’s also a host of managed services - including cloud-based network management – as well as network infrastructure as a service and training and certification services.

Extreme says its award-winning ‘Customer-Driven Networking’ experts and a dedicated advocacy team are also at hand to assist customers with information requests and service resolution, with GTAC - the firm’s global technical assistance centre – available 24 hours a day. On-site support is also included where available.

“Digital transformation is complex, and the pain is acute for IT organisations tasked with bridging the gap between legacy technology and processes to next-generation solutions and approaches,” said Rob Rosa, vice president of worldwide service sales at Extreme Networks. “Our customers run businesses that are heavily reliant on network technology, and are looking for a trusted partner to help them transition so they don’t miss a beat.

“With the Extreme Networks Premier Services tier, we’re going above the industry norm by providing not only reactive support, but proactive consultation – we’re engaged – helping our customers to maximise employee productivity and ensure their networks deliver real business value at every step in the process.”
