Cloud ERP provider Acumatica has announced the appointment of Deljit Singh as country manager for the UK, alongside the opening of its brand-new London office.

As part of his new role, Singh will lead partner and customer-facing operations in the UK and Ireland with the firm’s current in-country workforce and new hires.

Announcing the move, Acumatica said Sigh will define and execute the overall country strategy as it relates to growth, partner recruitment, customer acquisition, as well as customer support.

“We’re pleased to have Del’s in-country leadership for the U.K. and Ireland,” said Acumatica CEO Jon Roskill. “It’s a dynamic and important region, with many high-growth businesses in real need of Acumatica’s adaptable Cloud ERP solution.”

Prior to joining Acumatica, Singh was responsible for creating and delivering sales enablement programmes for EMEA at NetSuite. Before that, he also held various sales leadership positions with vendors and reseller partners working with ERP systems from Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Infor, and SAGE.

Now, Singh will lead Acumatica’s aggressive expansion in the UK and Ireland, helping to drive adoption of the company’s Cloud ERP platform.

“I look forward to shaping the future of Acumatica’s efforts in the U.K. and helping the company market its powerful ERP platform in new ways while recruiting new channel partners,” Singh commented.

Acumatica’s Cloud ERP offering is built on open architecture and is advertised as providing rapid integrations, scalability, and ease of use for small and mid-market organisations.

The company has also built a strong foundation for customer success with its Customer Bill of Rights, the usability of its products, its free training through Open University, as well as its user-validated ISV solutions. So much so, that it achieved first in growth status against 28 other vendors in IDC’s Worldwide ERP Software Market Shares 2020 Report.

“Companies are evolving rapidly, and we want to help our customers and partners across EMEA advance their digital transformation efforts and solve complex business challenges,” Sing added.
