BigChange cuts ribbon on new UK partner programme
New channel initiative offers partners exclusive channel access to one of 18 geographical UK territories
BigChange has announced the launch of a new UK channel programme, designed to provide partners with revenue-generating opportunities from the fast-growth field service software market.
Leeds-based BigChange provides field service management software to almost 1,700 field-based organisations around the world.
The firm has now started recruiting channel partners across the UK to complement its in-house sales activities, with five businesses already signed up – including PRS Telecom and Penmark Digital.
Announcing the programme, BigChange revealed that partners will gain exclusive channel access to one of 18 geographical UK territories, as well as the opportunity to earn an initial commission and recurring revenues from reselling and implementing the BigChange platform.
“BigChange is a field service software specialist, with a best-in-class cloud platform and fast-expanding customer base,” commented Paul Witter, chief partnerships officer at BigChange. “We are investing heavily in innovation and expansion, and the time is right to invite the channel to join us.”
BigChange’s job management offering bundles CRM, job scheduling, vehicle tracking, field resource management, financial management, and business intelligence into a single, easy-to-use platform. It’s user base of almost 1,700 organisations span sectors such as building maintenance, construction, and environmental services.
The company’s new partner programme follows a significant round of funding back in 2021, which saw a £75 million private equity investment from Great Hill Partners to fund further growth and innovation.
“The field service sector is ripe for digital transformation, with companies of all sizes turning to technology to automate processes, cut costs and improve capacity, cash flow and customer service. Without change, many will find it difficult to compete and grow,” Witter continued.
“BigChange is particularly suited to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses adopting field service management software for the first time, and those replacing legacy systems that lack functionality and don’t integrate well with other software products.”
