The coronavirus has pushed the majority of businesses to extreme limits, and without technology to keep us connected and productive, many would surely have collapsed by now. It's this idea of technology continuing to reshape how we interact with the world around us that is at the core of this month's theme.
Our lead feature takes a look at what Microsoft is doing to help repair the damage caused by the launch of Tay, a chatbot so ill-suited to its purpose that it would serve as a warning for anyone developing AI for public consumption.
